Annual Atelier Care
Every annual visit is shaped around the needs of your piece. From its initial condition review to its final assessment, our Hatton Garden workshop follows a considered process designed to protect its beauty, security and integrity.
STEP 01
Your piece is carefully reviewed when it arrives at our Hatton Garden workshop. We examine the overall condition of the setting, band, joins and finish, noting any visible wear before work begins. If we identify anything beyond the complimentary service—such as a repair, resizing or stone replacement—we will explain our recommendations and provide a quotation before carrying out additional work.
STEP 02
Each stone, claw and setting is individually inspected for movement or signs of wear. Where required and appropriate, settings are carefully tightened to help keep your stones secure. Any concern requiring more extensive attention will be discussed with you before further work takes place.
STEP 03
Everyday wear can leave residue around the setting, beneath stones and within intricate details. Your jewellery receives a thorough professional clean using a method appropriate for its materials and construction. This carefully removes accumulated build-up and restores the natural brilliance of the piece.
STEP 04
Where appropriate, the surface of your jewellery is carefully polished to soften light signs of wear and restore its lustre. The treatment is selected with consideration for the metal, finish, engraving and individual design details, helping preserve the character of your piece.
STEP 05
The mount, band and joins are examined for signs of stress, wear or damage. Once the service is complete, your jewellery receives a final review before it is returned to you. We will explain any findings and share appropriate care guidance to help protect your piece between annual visits.

What does Lifetime Atelier Care include?
Your complimentary annual service includes professional cleaning, polishing where appropriate, claw and setting checks, and a complete structural assessment of your jewellery.
How often should I return my jewellery?
Your jewellery should be returned once every 12 months to maintain your Kinzy London warranty.
How long does the annual service take?
Annual services usually take approximately two to three days, although they may occasionally be completed sooner.
Are repairs included in the complimentary service?
Repairs, resizing and stone replacement are not included. If additional work is recommended, we will explain it and provide a quotation before proceeding.
How do I arrange my annual service?
